One of our big problems was that global communication did not generate empathy for all regions of Latin America, obtaining disconnected, generic and low-impact messages.
Our Methodology
Global and regional content was created, adapting to the specific needs of each country and its timing through sprints that allowed us to use analytics and empathy techniques to improve our content.
Tone of Voice
When expanding communicationstrategies into diverse markets like LATAM, establishing a localized tone of voice becomes essential. For this project, we focused on creating a voice that resonated with the cultural nuances, language preferences, and emotional triggers specific to the region.
By analyzing market insights, user behaviors, and regional slang, we developed a tone that balanced professionalism with warmth, ensuring relatability without losing the brand’s core identity. The result was a refined communication style that spoke directly to LATAM audiences, fostering stronger connections and increasing engagement.
This tone of voice was then adapted into various communication touchpoints—ranging from digital ads and email campaigns to social media content—helping the brand establish a more authentic and localized presence in the market.
